Hybrid Learning Format
The program is conducted online learning via Zoom with optional in-person sessions in Penang, Malaysia, allowing students around the world to participate fully.
No written examinations are required. Assessment is based solely on reflection papers of 600 to 700 words per course.

All stated fees are estimates for the full program at Asia Revival University. While every effort is made to keep fees stable, costs may be adjusted and should therefore be regarded as indicative rather than exact.
Family & Siblings Rebates
A 30% tuition rebate is offered to the second and subsequent family members who enroll at the same time. This applies to spouses, parents, children, or siblings.
For example, the total degree payment of RM 6,000 will be reduced to RM 4,200 for the second family member enrolled.
Monthly interest-free payment plans are available
Monthly interest-free payment plans are available. Tuition and fee arrangements are confirmed at the beginning of each academic year and are payable over a 10-month instalment period. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in restricted course access.
Outstanding Unpaid Accounts
• Unpaid balances will prevent students from accessing their courses online.
• Students experiencing financial emergencies must contact the administration office.
• Grades or transcripts will not be issued unless fees are paid.
Non Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable. At Asia Revival University, we honor the dedication of our lecturers and believe that students who join our university are committing to grow, be equipped, and draw closer to God. As such, all tuition and fees paid are non refundable once the program begins. We encourage students to prayerfully consider their enrollment before registering.
Study Pause and Withdrawal Policy
Students who wish to drop, pause, or withdraw from their studies must submit a formal written letter addressed to the Dean, clearly stating the reason for the request. All requests are subject to approval.
Only upon approval will the student’s Populi account be temporarily deactivated, and access to courses and academic resources suspended. This process is treated as a formal withdrawal from active studies and must be properly documented.
Withdrawal status will be recorded as either:
• WP (Withdrawal with Permission) for approved withdrawals made in good standing.
• WOP (Withdrawal without Permission) for withdrawals made without approval or without good academic standing.
Any approved study pause or withdrawal is granted by approval only and must not exceed six months, as course structures and institutional policies are subject to ongoing updates. A processing fee of RM 100 is required to approve and administer the study pause or withdrawal, similar to a course drop fee.
Hybrid Learning Format
All classes are conducted as a hybrid program, combining online learning via Zoom with physical classes held in Penang, Malaysia.
International and out-of-state students may choose to attend in-person impartation sessions in Penang, Malaysia. Any travel, accommodation, and related expenses for these sessions are the responsibility of the student and are not included in the tuition fees.
Compulsory Orientation
Attendance at the orientation session is compulsory and will be conducted via Zoom and physical class held in Penang, Malaysia. The orientation provides an overview of program requirements, ministry trips, and any related expenses that may be incurred.
